This is a training long line, not an everyday walking leash. A round braided nylon rope, 0.8 cm thick, runs out to 5, 10 or 15 metres so you can work on recall, stays and off leash manners in the open without letting go. A metal swivel snap clips to the collar or harness, and a loop handle with a slider sits in your hand.
The rope is smooth enough to feed out and reel back without biting into your palm, and the swivel keeps it from twisting as your dog circles. It suits dogs and works for cats too during supervised outdoor time. Five colours let you pick one you can spot in long grass.
