There is no rack to bolt and no stack of plates to load. The TRX suspension trainer runs on the two black and yellow straps in front of you and the angle of your own body. Lean back for a row, face the anchor for a chest press, drop a knee for a lunge, and the same webbing follows every move.

The set is built from stitched nylon webbing, moulded adjustment buckles and two foam grip handles with a diamond textured surface. Padded foot cradles clip onto the same straps for hamstring and core work, and a grey centre loop keeps the two sides even. The TRX wordmark is stamped on the straps, handles and buckles.

Does it use elastic bands for resistance? No. Resistance comes from your body weight and the angle you work at, not from elastic. You make a move harder by standing closer to the anchor.
