The first number is the US band and the second is the EU band in centimetres, so 32/70 means US band 32 and EU band 70 cm measured around your ribcage under the bust. Each size covers cups A to C. Measure snugly around your ribcage just under the bust to find your band, and if you are between bands the front clasp gives a little room.
