Why this product

Why this knee brace

1
Silicone Patella Pad
A raised silicone cushion sits over the kneecap to pad the joint and spread pressure through a bend, a kneel or a deep squat.
2
Side Spring Stabilizers
Flexible spring stays run down both sides of the joint, so the brace flexes with the knee and holds its shape where the load lands.
3
Adjustment Knob
A side knob lets you dial the wrap tighter or looser, so you set the pressure around the knee to the hold you want for the session.
4
Silicone Anti Slip Grip
A silicone band along the top edge grips the leg and keeps the sleeve from sliding down through squats, drills and rides.

How it works

How to wear it for a session

1
Pick your size, side and colour
Choose sizes M to XXL, then the left or right side to match the knee you want to support, in gray white or black. Match the size to your leg for a firm compression that supports without cutting off comfort.
2
Slide it on and line up the pad
Slide the sleeve up over the knee before you warm up, then line the raised silicone pad up over the kneecap and check that the silicone band at the top sits flat on the skin so it grips.
3
Dial the knob to the hold you want
Turn the side knob to set the wrap, tighter for a firm hold on a heavy session or looser for a lighter feel. The compression settles in as you move, so the knee feels supported from the first set.
4
Train, then hand wash and lay flat
Move through squats, drills, rides or court play while the grip band keeps it anchored, then hand wash it in cold water and lay it flat to dry so the knit keeps its stretch and the silicone keeps its hold.

Introducing Knit Compression Knee Brace With Silicone Patella Pad:

Benefits

What this brace gives you

A pad over the kneecap
A raised silicone cushion sits centred over the kneecap to pad the joint and spread pressure through a bend, a kneel or a deep squat, rather than letting the load press on one spot.
Structured sides that still flex
Flexible spring stabilizers run down both sides of the joint and add structure where the knee takes the strain, yet they flex as the knee bends so the brace supports without locking it stiff.
A wrap you can set
A side knob lets you dial the pressure after the sleeve is on, firmer for a heavy session or lighter for a longer wear, so you fine tune the hold instead of living with one fixed tension.
A grip that stays put
A silicone band along the top edge grips the leg and holds the sleeve in place through squats, drills, runs and rides, so you are not stopping to pull it back up between sets.
Shaped for your knee
Side specific left and right versions follow the contour of the knee for a closer, more natural fit, offered in sizes M to XXL and in gray white or black to match your leg and your kit.

Questions before checkout

Is this for the left or right knee?

The brace is side specific, so you choose the left or right version to match the knee you want to support. Each side is shaped to follow the contour of that knee, which is why it sits closer and more naturally than a symmetrical sleeve. If you want to support both knees, order one of each side. Check the side and your size before you place the order.

What is the pad over the kneecap?

It is a raised silicone cushion that sits centred over the kneecap. It pads the joint and helps spread pressure across the cap during a bend, a kneel or a deep squat, rather than letting the load press on one spot. The knit around it holds the pad in position over the cap so it stays where it should while you move through a session.

What are the pieces down the sides?

Flexible spring stabilizers run down both sides of the joint. They flex as the knee bends and add structure along the line where the knee takes the most strain, so the brace supports the sides without locking the knee stiff. Paired with the knit body and the silicone pad, they give a padded, structured wrap that still moves with you.

What does the side knob do?

The knob on the side lets you dial the wrap tighter or looser after the sleeve is on. Turn it to add pressure for a firmer hold on a heavy session, or ease it off for a lighter feel on a rest day or a longer wear. It gives you a way to fine tune the pressure around the knee rather than living with one fixed tension.

Will it slide down during exercise?

A silicone band runs along the top edge and grips the leg, so the sleeve stays anchored through squats, drills, runs and rides. It is there so you are not stopping to pull the brace back up between sets. For the best grip, pull the sleeve up so the band sits flat on the skin and line the pad up over the kneecap before you start.

How do I pick a size?

Sizes run M, L, XL and XXL. Match the size to your leg for a firm compression that supports without cutting off comfort. If you are between sizes and want a lighter feel, size up, and if you want a firmer wrap, size down. Remember the brace is side specific, so confirm the left or right side along with your size when you order.

When is a good time to wear it?

It is made for training sessions, squats and lifting, cycling, running and court sport, anywhere the knee wants padded, even support through repeated bends. Slide it on before you warm up so the compression settles in as you move. It is a supportive sleeve for active use, made for comfort and steady support during movement.

How do I clean and store it?

Hand wash it in cold water and lay it flat to dry so the knit keeps its stretch and the silicone pad and grip band keep their hold. Skip the tumble dryer and fabric softener, which can break down the stretch and the grip over time. Between sessions it rolls flat into a gym bag or kit pocket, ready for the next squat day, ride or court game.
