How do I pick a size?
Measure around your thigh about fourteen centimetres above the kneecap and match the chart. Medium covers thirty six to forty two centimetres, Large forty two to forty eight, X-Large forty eight to fifty four and XX-Large fifty four to sixty two. If you fall between two sizes, size up for an easier pull on and a lighter wrap, or size down for a closer hold.
What is the gel ring for?
