FAQ

Questions before checkout

Can I use it both morning and night?
Yes, the formula is built for both. In the morning it layers under sunscreen and makeup as a hydrating base, and at night it acts as a nourishing cream while you sleep. If your skin is new to retinol, start once daily for the first week or two, then build up to twice a day as your skin adjusts comfortably.
Does it feel greasy under makeup?
No. A pea-sized amount absorbs into the skin and leaves a smooth, comfortable base rather than a slick film. Let it settle for about a minute before you apply sunscreen or foundation so each layer sits evenly. Using too much is the usual cause of a greasy feel, so keep the amount small and build only if your skin needs it.
How much should I apply each time?
A small scoop, about the size of a pea, covers the full face and neck. Warm it between your fingers first so it spreads in a thin, even layer. Using more will not speed up results and only empties the 50 mL jar faster. With a pea-sized amount twice a day, one jar lasts many weeks of regular use.
How long until I notice a difference?
Hydration feels different within a few days, as the tight, dry feeling eases and the skin feels more supple. Firmness and fine lines respond more gradually, since retinol and collagen work on the skin over time. Give it consistent twice-daily use across several weeks before judging those slower changes, and keep the routine steady for the best result.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It can be, with a gentle start. Retinol can feel active on skin that is not used to it, so patch test on the inner arm first and begin with once-daily evening use. If your skin stays comfortable, build up to morning and night. If you have a known sensitivity or a skin condition, check with a dermatologist before adding any retinol product to your routine.
What does the cream look and feel like?
The cream is white and smooth, with a light texture that sinks in rather than sitting heavy on the skin. It comes in a white frosted jar with a silver screw lid, holding 50 mL. A pea-sized scoop spreads easily over the face and neck and absorbs without leaving a sticky or oily layer behind, which makes it comfortable for both day and night use.
Can I use it around my eyes?
You can smooth it over the cheeks and the area around the eyes, but keep it off the eyelids and away from the lash line, since retinol can be too strong for that delicate skin. Pat a thin amount along the orbital bone if you want, and stop if you notice any stinging. For the eyelid itself, a dedicated eye product is the safer choice.
How should I store the jar?
Keep the jar somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, since light and heat can affect retinol over time. Close the silver lid firmly after each use so the cream stays fresh. A bathroom shelf away from the shower steam or a bedroom drawer both work well. Use clean, dry fingers to scoop so the cream inside the 50 mL jar stays clean.
