Reviewers describe this knee brace as supportive and easy to wear, with the silicone patella pad and the side spring stabilizers drawing the most comments. Many like that the raised pad sits right over the kneecap through squats and kneeling work, and that the side stays add structure without locking the knee stiff. The silicone grip band keeping the sleeve from sliding down comes up often, along with the side knob that lets them dial the pressure. The side specific left and right shaping and the choice of gray white or black in sizes M to XXL are mentioned across the reviews. Fit runs close and firm, so most match the size to their leg and set the knob to the hold they want.
Finally one that stays up
My old sleeves rolled down every few reps. The silicone band on this one grips my leg and it does not budge through a whole class. The pad is comfy over the kneecap and the side pieces flex when I bend. Gray white left for me and it looks clean too.
Good support, took a size to get right
Solid firm wrap once I matched my leg. I first tried it a size too big and it was loose, sized down and now the compression is spot on. The knob is handy to tighten for heavy days. Only note is I wish the knob turned a little more smoothly. Still supportive and it stays in place.
Great for cycling
I ride a lot and wanted padded support that moves with the knee. The spring stays flex as I pedal and the pad cushions the cap. The grip band keeps it anchored the whole ride. Set the knob to a medium wrap and forget it is on. The gray white is a nice neutral.
Structured but still bends
What sold me is the side stays. They give real structure along the joint but the knee still bends freely for lunges and step ups. The pad spreads the pressure on the cap. I wear the black left and the silicone top keeps it from sliding. Firm and comfy.
Supportive for court sport
I play a lot of doubles and wanted a brace that holds through quick changes of direction. This wraps close, the pad cushions the kneecap and the grip band stays anchored. The knob lets me firm it up. It runs close to size so match your leg. Happy with the support.
Padded where I kneel
My work has me kneeling a lot and the silicone pad over the cap makes a real difference on hard floors. The knit is snug and the side springs keep it shaped. The band grips so it does not creep down. Ordered the black right and it is comfortable for long stretches.
Snug and steady
The compression is firm without pinching and the pad sits right on my kneecap. I like that I can turn the knob to set how tight it feels. The side pieces flex with me through squats and the top band keeps it up. Gray white left, looks neat under leggings.
Firm hold, runs close
Good structured support for lifting. The spring stays hold the sides and the pad cushions the cap on deep squats. The knob is a nice touch for dialling the wrap. It fits close so I would match your leg rather than sizing up. The silicone band keeps it anchored well.
Moves with my knee
I was worried a structured brace would feel stiff but the side springs flex as I bend. The pad pads the cap and the knit wraps close and warm. The grip band stays put through a full workout. Set the knob once to my liking. The black is a clean look.
Stays anchored on runs
The silicone top band is the winner for me. On a run the sleeve stays exactly where I set it, no pulling it up. The pad cushions the kneecap and the side stays add support without weight. Dialled the knob to a light wrap for distance. Gray white right, does the job.
Comfortable structured support
Wanted padded knee support for step classes and this delivers. The pad sits on the cap, the side springs give structure and it still bends freely. The knob lets me firm it up for jumps. Fits close so match your size. Hand wash and lay flat keeps the stretch nice.
The knob makes the difference
Being able to dial the pressure is what I did not know I needed. Tighter for heavy leg day, looser for a walk. The pad cushions the cap and the springs keep the sides structured. The band grips so nothing slides. Black left for me and it holds firm all session.
Supportive without bulk
This wraps close and supports the knee but does not feel bulky under my gear. The silicone pad is comfy over the cap and the side stays flex as I move. The grip band keeps it up through squats. I set the knob to a medium hold. Gray white, a neat clean shade.
Solid for squat day
The pad over the cap and the side springs give a reassuring structured wrap on heavy squats. The knob tightens it right where I want it. It stays up thanks to the silicone band. Runs close to size so match your leg for firm compression. Comfortable through a long session.
Pad is genuinely comfy
The raised pad over the kneecap is soft and spreads the pressure so kneeling and deep bends feel cushioned. The knit is snug and warm, the side stays flex, and the top band keeps it from sliding. The knob lets me set the wrap. Black right side, very comfortable.
Structured wrap that lasts a session
I do circuits and this holds up through the whole thing. The side springs keep the joint structured, the pad cushions the cap and the grip band means no pulling it up between moves. The knob is handy to firm it for jumps. Gray white left, still bends freely.
Good padded support
Nice padded, structured support for my classes. The pad sits on the cap, the side pieces add shape and it stays up with the silicone band. I dial the knob a little tighter for plyo work. It fits close so I matched my size to my leg. Hand wash keeps it in good shape.
Keeps its place through drills
Through footwork drills it stays exactly where I put it, the grip band really works. The pad cushions the cap and the side springs give structure so the knee feels supported on quick stops. The knob sets the pressure nicely. Black right, firm and steady all session.
Warm, snug and supportive
The knit is warm and snug around the knee, the pad cushions the cap and the side stays flex with me. The silicone band keeps it up through a full class. I like turning the knob to set how firm it wraps. Gray white left, clean and comfortable from warm up on.
Firm support for lifting
Good firm wrap for leg day. The pad spreads the pressure on the cap during deep squats and the side springs keep the sides structured. The knob lets me tighten for the heavy sets. It runs close so match your leg. The band holds it up so I am not fussing with it.
My go to for the gym now
This has become the brace I reach for. The pad is comfy over the cap, the side stays add real structure and the grip band keeps it anchored through squats and lunges. Setting the knob once means it just works each session. Black left, neat under my gear. Very happy.

The silicone cushion lines up over my kneecap and takes the pressure off when I go deep on squats. The spring stays on the sides keep it structured without feeling stiff. I dialled the knob a touch tighter for lifting and it held all session. Got the black right side and it stays put.
