FAQ
Questions before checkout
Where on the body can I use this cream?
It is made for body zones: legs, underarms, the bikini line and arms. Spread a thin even layer on clean, dry skin and follow the timing on the tube. Avoid broken, irritated or sunburned skin, and keep it away from the face and other delicate areas it is not intended for. When in doubt, test a small patch first.
How long do I leave the cream on?
Leave it on for about five to eight minutes, then lift it away with the spatula and rinse. Start near the lower end of that window the first time, especially on sensitive areas, and never exceed the recommended time. If you feel any stinging, remove it right away and rinse the skin with plenty of water.
Why use a cream instead of a razor?
A razor cuts hair flush at the skin and drags across the surface, which is what causes nicks, razor bumps and the rough stubble that follows. This cream works without a blade, dissolving hair just below the surface so it wipes away. The skin is left intact, regrowth comes back with a softer tip, and there is far less risk of ingrown hairs.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Many people reach for a depilatory cream precisely because blades leave their skin raw. There is no scraping, so sensitive zones are treated more gently. That said, every skin is different, so do a small patch test first, wait the suggested time, and stay near the lower end of the timing window. Stop and rinse if you notice any discomfort.
How long does one tube last?
The 100g tube covers multiple full applications, with the exact count depending on how large the areas you treat are. Full leg sessions use more cream than a quick underarm or bikini touch-up. Spreading a thin even layer rather than a thick one makes the tube go further while still covering the hair fully.
Does it hurt like waxing?
No. Waxing pulls hair out from the root, which is what makes it sting. This cream stays on the skin, breaks the hair down below the surface, and then wipes off, so there is no pulling and no sharp pain. As long as you follow the timing and avoid irritated skin, the routine stays comfortable from start to finish.
What is the spatula for?
The flat spatula does double duty. First you use it to spread a thin, even layer of cream over the area without coating your fingers. Then, once the time is up, you use the same edge to lift the cream and the dissolved hair off the skin before rinsing. It keeps the whole process tidy and your hands clean.
How soon will my skin feel smooth again?
Right after you rinse and pat dry, the treated skin should feel smooth to the touch, with no stubble and no fresh nicks to soothe. Because the hair is removed below the surface rather than cut at the top, the smooth phase tends to last longer than a shave, and the regrowth that does appear feels softer.
