The listing reached us calling this laser engraving, and the maker's own craft line says something else entirely: a laser hollowing technique. The difference is not wording. Engraving burns a mark into a surface and leaves the sheet whole. Hollowing cuts clean through it, and that is what every flower on this card has had done to it, which is precisely why they can lift away from the green backdrop and stand at a depth. An engraved card is a flat card with a darker line on it. This one has holes where the flowers used to be, and the flowers themselves standing in front of them. Engraving marks a surface and leaves it in one piece; every flower, leaf and letter outline on this card has been cut all the way through and lifted off the backdrop. That is cutting. There is no engraved line anywhere on it, so we corrected the title rather than repeat the claim.

How many cards do I get, and how do I pick the occasion? One card. The packing list reads greeting card times one, and no photograph shows a pack. The two option codes are the occasion: A0237 is stamped Birthday and A0238 is stamped Mother's Day. The codes themselves tell you nothing, so read the photograph attached to the option before you add it to the basket.

Does an envelope come with it? The maker's size panel pictures a matching envelope, 5.51 inches square with a small gold heart on the flap, alongside a 3.54 by 1.97 inch message card, both shown on the white studio shot beside the card.
