The seamless fabric stretches with a deep squat and pulls back to shape.

The set is a 90 percent spandex and 10 percent nylon blend, knitted seamless so there are no rough side seams against the skin. The high spandex content gives it a high stretch that follows a squat or a forward fold, then recovers to shape rather than bagging out. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, so it stays cool as a session builds heat.

Lay flat or hang to dry rather than tumble drying, and skip fabric softener so the stretch fibres stay springy.
