Krill and fish oil softgels, 60 to a bottle, for cats and dogs
Each softgel holds liquid krill and fish oil sealed inside a soft shell. The label prints the oil content as fish and shrimp oil 99.9 percent, with raw material imported from Peru and Chile. The shell is firm enough to handle and thin enough to pierce, so the capsule can be given whole or opened over food.
One bottle holds 60 capsules of 0.5 g, for a net weight of 30 g. The oil stays sealed in the shell until the capsule is opened, which is the practical difference between a softgel and a bottle of loose oil.
What the label states
- Contents liquid krill oil and fish oil.
- Oil content fish and shrimp oil at 99.9 percent, as printed by the maker.
- Count and weight 60 softgel capsules of 0.5 g, 30 g net per bottle.
- Nutrients named omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
- Raw material origin Peru and Chile.
- Species the label marks the product for dogs and cats.
Best for: owners of cats and dogs who prefer a measured softgel to a bottle of loose oil, and homes feeding more than one animal.
The softgel format
The oil is liquid, which is why it is portioned into capsules rather than poured. Every shell carries the same 0.5 g, so the amount given stays the same each day without measuring. Keep the bottle closed and away from heat, and keep it out of reach of children and animals.
Quick Product Facts: 60 softgel capsules per bottle ; 0.5 g per capsule, 30 g net ; krill oil and fish oil ; omega 3 EPA and DHA ; raw material from Peru and Chile ; marked for dogs and cats ; give whole or pierce and mix into food ; vendor Moko Boutique.
How to give it
Add one capsule at mealtime, at the same meal each day. Cats and smaller dogs often take the oil more readily when the softgel is pierced and stirred into wet food, while larger dogs will frequently eat the whole capsule from the hand.
Ask your vet about the daily amount for your animal before you start, in particular for a very small or a very large one.

Owners report softer, smoother coats and calmer, less dry skin within a few weeks, and note that cats and dogs take the softgels easily, whole as a treat or pierced into food.
Easy with two fussy cats
I have two indoor cats that refuse most supplements. I pierce one softgel and squeeze the oil over their wet food and they clean the bowl every time. After about three weeks their skin seems calmer and they scratch far less in the evenings.
Great for my old retriever
At eleven years old my golden was getting stiff getting up from his bed. A couple of months on these omega softgels and he moves around the house with more ease and bounce. His coat looks healthier too, which was a nice bonus.
Whole bottle lasted well
Sixty softgels went a long way for one small dog at one a day. Quality of the oil seems high and there was zero fishy smell on her breath, which I was worried about. Will be buying again once we run through this batch.
Less shedding around the house
We were vacuuming fur off the sofa every single day before. Since starting these for our shorthair, the shedding has calmed down a lot and her undercoat feels denser. She takes it straight from my hand most days.
Both pets share one bottle
Handy that the same softgels work for our cat and our spaniel. I give the dog one in the morning and the cat gets the oil mixed into food. Both seem to enjoy it and their fur has a richer look under the light now.
Calmer dry patches
My terrier had a few rough dry spots near his elbows in winter. After steady use the skin there feels much more supple and he stopped rubbing against the rug. Simple addition to his routine that clearly agrees with him.
My cat actually asks for it
Funny enough my tabby now sits by the cupboard when she hears the bottle. I give it whole as a treat and she crunches it down. Her coat went from dull to genuinely glossy over about a month of daily use.
Good value per softgel
For a daily omega supplement this felt like a fair amount in each bottle. The capsules are soft and easy to pierce when I want to add the oil to food. My poodle mix has a noticeably healthier looking coat since we began.
Skin seems comfier
Our rescue dog came to us with itchy flaky skin. We added these alongside his normal food and within a few weeks the flaking eased and he seems far more comfortable. He takes the softgel happily folded into a bit of cheese.
Shiny coat on both cats
Both of my cats have gleaming coats now and one of them had always looked a bit scruffy. The oil mixes cleanly into wet food and there is hardly any residue. I appreciate that it suits cats and dogs of every age.
Daily routine made simple
One softgel a day in the food bowl and we are done. My older cat takes it without fuss and her fur has filled out around the neck where it was thinning. Easy win for us and clearly something she enjoys.
Bounce back in my dog
My middle aged labrador had been a bit sluggish on walks. After a steady month on these his energy seems brighter and he keeps up on longer trails again. Coat is glossy and his nose for the softgel is impressive.
Works, takes patience
It did take a good month before I saw a difference in my cat, so give it time. Once it kicked in her coat looked softer and she scratched less. The softgels are easy to hide in food which helped with my picky eater.
Happy overall
Solid omega softgels and my spaniel takes them fine. I would have liked a slightly bigger bottle for a large breed since one a day goes quickly, but the results on his coat have been good and steady.
Good for sensitive tummies
My dog has a touchy stomach and these sat well with him from day one. I pierce the softgel and drizzle the oil so he has nothing hard to chew. His fur feels softer and he has had zero upset since starting.
Cat coat improving
Three weeks in and my long haired cat is shedding a touch less with fewer mats forming. The oil smells mild and clean. I dock one star only because I wish each bottle held a few more for multi pet homes.
Glossy within weeks
By the end of the first bottle my husky cross had a coat that genuinely shone in the sun. He treats the softgel like candy and waits at his bowl. I am pleased with how easy this has been to keep up daily.
Both dogs love them
Two collies, two happy eaters. They get one each after their morning walk and the routine stuck instantly. Their coats look thick and healthy and the dry winter flakes around their ears have settled right down.
Comfortable joints for my old cat
My fifteen year old cat seemed to jump up to the windowsill more freely after a few weeks. I cannot promise miracles but she is clearly moving with more comfort and her fur is softer to stroke. She takes the oil over food.
Clean oil, mild smell
I was wary about fishy odours but this is mild and clean. My cat eats it folded into her food and her coat has a lovely sheen now. Easy daily habit and the softgels feel fresh rather than greasy.
Repeat buyer here
This is my second bottle for my schnauzer and the results held up. His beard and coat stay soft and he has plenty of pep on walks. He takes the softgel whole straight from my palm every morning without any fuss.
My senior beagle finished her first bottle and her fur is visibly smoother and shinier. She used to feel a bit coarse along the back, and now she is silky when I brush her. The softgels are small enough that she swallows them whole like a treat.
