I bought W9 because that's what I wear from Crocs. These ballet flats are like half a size smaller than others I have, and my toe fits all the way. Fortunately, they stretched a bit while walking around the house and it looks like I'll be able to wear them... The material they are made of is practically identical to the original Crocs. Overall this is a good product, though the sizing is frustrating. My recommendation for those in the u.s. is to order a size down so the strap stays on your heel and you can walk securely in them. The foam is of good quality and density - and the perfect balance between firm and pliable. The finish is smooth and non-irritating, and there is plenty of room for toe movement. I do note that the listing photo isn't quite accurate in that the "gold" is really more of a tan. I re-ordered this item a half size smaller than my true size, and they fit my medium width feet perfectly - so i recommend with the caveats stated.
