Six in the morning, bare feet on the rug, the kettle still working itself up in the kitchen. The dome sits on its black base and the first foot down settles into the moulded ribs before anything happens. The second foot follows and the whole thing answers, tilting a few degrees one way, then the other, until you find the middle. Nothing about it is dramatic. It is simply a floor that moves when you do.
The top is a moulded shell you inflate yourself, ringed with concentric raised bands that run from the crown out to the rim. Under it sits a rigid black plastic base with a dimpled underside and small moulded feet, plus two openings set into the rim on opposite sides. The air plug is recessed into the shell rather than standing proud of it. The maker lists ABS plastic and offers 46 cm or 58 cm across, in blue, purple, rose red, grey or pink.
Best for: anyone training at home in a small room who wants an unstable surface to stand, kneel or press on, and who would rather set the firmness by hand than accept whatever a sealed pad gives them.
Most home training kit is fixed. This one is adjustable in the only way that matters to a balance surface, which is air. Let some out and the crown sinks further under your weight, so the tilt is slow and deep. Put more in and the shell pushes back sooner, so the correction is short and quick. The pump in the box is what makes that a real choice rather than a spec line, and the recessed plug means you can change your mind without unbolting anything. The rigid base is what separates this from a plain inflated cushion: it gives the dome a defined footprint on the floor and a flat side to turn over.

Week one is mostly standing. Two feet on the crown, arms out, and you find that ten quiet seconds is longer than it sounds. Then one foot, then the same thing with your eyes shut, which changes everything. Turn it over and the flat black base becomes the ground. Does a pump come with it? Yes. The maker packing list reads one balance ball, one air pump and one user manual.
Do the resistance cords in the photos ship with it? No. One maker panel shows cords with handles laid beside the dome, but no cords appear on the packing list, so we cannot promise any.
How much weight will it take? The maker publishes no load rating for this dome, so we do not quote one.
What is the difference between 46 cm and 58 cm? Only the diameter of the dome. The 58 cm gives a wider platform and more room for two feet side by side; the 46 cm keeps a smaller footprint on the floor.
