Will the high waistband roll down during a squat?
No. The wide high waistband is built to lock across the abdomen for firm support, so it stays put through squats, lunges and forward bends instead of rolling down mid movement.
Is there a leg seam that rubs?
No. The pants are knit seamless, which removes the leg seam that usually rubs the inner thigh on a long session. The fabric stays smooth against the skin through a full range of motion.
What is the fabric made of?
A 90% nylon and 10% spandex knit, tuned for stretch, recovery and breathability. The nylon moves air and pulls sweat off the skin while the spandex carries the stretch through deep squats and lunges.
Are they see-through when I bend over?
The seamless knit is worked to stay opaque under stretch, and the high wide band adds coverage and support across the middle. As with any legging, check the fit against your usual size so the fabric sits flush rather than stretched thin.
What sizes and colors are available?

Are they good for more than yoga?

Does the hip-lift shaping really show?

How do I wash them?
Machine wash cool and hang to dry. The quick-dry knit rinses clean and dries fast, and it holds its stretch and shape so the pants are ready again for the next session in a busy week.
