Customers describe the solar wind spinner stake as a calm, eye catching piece for the garden, with the dual rotors and the soft night glow drawing the most comments. Many like that it turns on the lightest breeze and lights up on its own after dark with nothing to plug in. Reviewers say the antique copper metal and the jewel accents look richer than expected, and several set up two or three along a path or border. A few note it spins best in an open, breezy spot.
Spins on the lightest breeze
What sold me is how little wind it needs. The cupped blades catch even a gentle morning breeze and the whole head turns in two directions. The copper finish has held up through rain and it still looks great after a couple of months out.
Pretty by day and night
It is tall enough to sit above my lavender so you see the motion from the patio. The jewel coloured stones along the arms catch the sun nicely in the day. Knocked one star only because it needs a fairly open spot to spin its best, but where I moved it it is perfect.
No wiring, just works
Pushed the stake into the border, left the panel facing the sky and that was it. It charges all day and the light comes on by itself at night. The metal feels solid and the antique copper colour suits the greenery. Really happy with it.
Calm motion in the garden
There is something really soothing about watching the two rotors turn slowly against the hedge. It catches the breeze all day and the glass ball glows softly at dusk. Several neighbours have asked where I got it. A lovely focal point for the bed.
Bigger and nicer than I expected
At nearly two metres it has real presence in the yard and stands well above the low planting. The dual spinner head is the talking point. Took a moment to get the stake firmly upright in dry soil but once in it has stayed put through some wind.
The night light is the best bit
By day it is a pretty copper spinner, but at night the centre glows and it becomes the thing you look at from the kitchen window. No plug, no batteries, it just lights itself. The colour is soft and warm, not harsh at all.
Crafted, not cheap looking
I have bought a few garden spinners over the years and most look like toys. This one has slim metal arms, scooped blades and a brushed copper finish that reads like a proper ornament. The coloured stones are a nice touch in the sun.
Bought a second one
Liked the first so much I added a second along the path. Two of them framing the steps look great turning together, and both glow at dusk. They charge well even on the cloudier days we have had. A simple way to make the garden feel finished.
Soft glow, gentle spin
It does what it says. The spinner turns on a light breeze and the ball glows after sunset. On very still nights the light is the main show rather than the motion, which is fine by me. Solid metal build and it has handled the rain so far.
My favourite garden buy
This is the piece guests notice first. The two rotors spin opposite ways and the jewel stones glint in the afternoon. After dark the centre glows a gentle colour. Tall enough to see over the roses and it has needed nothing from me since I planted it.
Stake holds it steady
The long pointed stake goes deep enough that the spinner stands straight and steady even when it is breezy. The head is well balanced so it turns smoothly rather than wobbling. Looks like a much pricier garden ornament than it was.
Lovely in an open spot
Once I found the right open, breezy corner it spins almost all the time and the glow at night is a treat. In a sheltered spot it turns less, so placement matters. The antique copper colour blends beautifully with the border. Very pleased overall.
Two directions of motion
The clever bit is the two rotors turning the opposite way at once. It gives a layered, hypnotic motion that a single pinwheel just does not. The scooped blades catch the breeze easily. Charges itself and lights up at dusk. Great value.
Gift my mum loves
Got this for my mum who is mad about her garden. She loves that it moves all day and glows at night with no fuss. The coloured glass stones and the copper finish make it feel like a real ornament. She has it in pride of place by the patio.
Good looking, easy to set
Straight into the bed, panel to the sky, done. It charges through the day and the centre glows after dark. The dual spinner is the eye catcher. A smudge wipe on the glass keeps the glow clear. Knocked a star as I would love a brighter night light, but it is calm and nice.
Turns even on quiet days
I worried it would just sit still but it catches the smallest breeze and keeps turning most of the day. The two rotors and the jewel arms look great in the sun, and the soft glow at night is the finishing touch. Sturdy stake too.
Real presence in the yard
Nearly two metres tall, so it stands proud above the planting and you see the motion from anywhere in the garden. The copper finish and coloured stones look rich, and the glow at night gives the corner a soft point of light. No complaints.
Calm focal point
It does exactly what I hoped, a slow turning piece that draws the eye by day and a gentle glow at night. The build is solid metal and it has weathered the spring rain well. Best in an open spot. A lovely calm addition to the bed.
Looks pricier than it is
Honestly thought it might feel flimsy but the metal head is well made and the stake is long and solid. The two rotors spin smoothly and the crackle glass ball glows a soft colour after sunset. Gets a comment from most visitors. Great buy.
Charges well, glows nightly
Even through a cloudy week it has charged enough to glow every evening. The spinner turns on the lightest air and the jewel stones catch the daylight. It has become the spot the eye goes to in the garden. Simple to set and lovely to watch.
Solid garden ornament
A proper metal piece rather than a plastic toy. The dual rotor head turns nicely and the night glow is a soft warm colour. Needed a firm push to seat the stake in clay soil but it has stayed dead straight since. Happy with how it looks day and night.

I put this in the front bed where it gets sun all afternoon and the glass ball glows the softest blue once it gets dark. The two rotors turn opposite ways even on a still evening. It looks far more crafted than the plastic ones I had before.
