Step into the bra and pull the front YKK zip up the centre until it locks. There is no reaching behind your back and no pulling it over your head, so it goes on quickly even after a long session.

Move and then wash gently
Train, run or flow while the cross back breathes and the band holds steady, then unzip at the front to take it off. Wash with similar colours and air dry so the fabric, the velcro and the zip keep their grip.
