FAQ
Questions before checkout
How does the feeder release food?
It works by gravity, with no motor or timer. You fill the clear ball on top with dry kibble and it slides down through a wide inlet into the bowl below. As your pet eats from the bowl, more food drops down to replace it, so the bowl stays topped up. The wide inlet is shaped to let kibble and even freeze dried pieces slide out smoothly without jamming.
How does the water side stay full?
The water container works the same gravity way. You fill the clear ball with water and it feeds down to keep the drinking bowl at a steady level. As your cat or dog drinks, the bowl tops itself back up from the reservoir above, so there is always fresh water waiting without you refilling a small dish through the day.
Does it need power or batteries?
No. The station runs entirely on gravity, so there are no cords, no plug and no batteries to worry about. That means it keeps feeding and watering even during a power cut, and you can place it anywhere on the floor without needing a socket nearby. It is a simple, quiet setup with nothing to switch on.
How much does each container hold?
Each clear ball holds 1000ml, one for food and one for water. That capacity means you top them up far less often than a plain bowl, which is handy if you are out for the day or want a feeding corner that runs itself for a while. When a ball runs low, you simply refill it from the top.
How do I refill it?
Refilling is done from the top. Lift the lid on the clear ball and pour kibble or water straight in from above, with no need to take the station apart or lift the bowl. The wide top opening makes pouring easy and tidy, and the food or water settles down into the bowl on its own once you set the lid back.
Is it for cats or dogs?
Both. The station suits cats and small to medium dogs. The bowl sits low and open so it is easy to reach, and the gravity feed keeps food and water coming whether you have a grazing cat or a dog who eats in bursts. The rounded plastic body has no sharp edges, so it is a calm, steady spot for either pet.
What colors and shapes come?
You can pick off-white, blue or pink, in a round or cylinder shape, so you can match it to your floor and feeding corner. Every option is the same gravity feeding station with the clear 1000ml ball, the cylinder base and the attached bowl. Only the color and the body shape change between them.
How do I keep it clean?
Lift the clear container off the base and separate the bowl, then rinse the parts under the tap and wipe them down. The clear plastic shows when it is time for a clean, and the simple shape has few tight corners to trap old food. Leave the parts to dry, refill from the top and it is ready for your pet again.
