FAQ

Questions before checkout

When do I apply it in my routine?
Apply it after your moisturiser and before foundation, as the last step of skin prep. Cleanse and moisturise first, then press a thin, even layer of the cream across the face and let it set for a moment. Once the surface feels smooth and dry to the touch, build your foundation and the rest of your makeup on top as usual.
How much should I use?
A small amount is enough. Take a little onto your fingertips and press a thin, even layer across the face rather than a thick coat, focusing on the cheeks, nose and forehead where makeup tends to slip. A small amount covers the full face, which is why the 30ml tube lasts through a long stretch of daily routines.
Does it feel heavy under makeup?
No. The layer is light and non-greasy and absorbs cleanly, leaving a smooth surface for foundation to sit on rather than a heavy or sticky film. It is designed to read light on the skin and to blur the look of pores and fine texture without a thick, cakey feel under your makeup.
Can I wear it on its own?
Yes. On days you skip foundation, it can be worn alone as a smoothing base over moisturised skin. The light layer blurs the look of pores and fine texture and leaves the surface even, so you get a tidy, smooth finish on its own as well as a gripped base under makeup on full glam days.
What skin types is it for?
It is made as a general pre-makeup base step that suits a daily routine. Press a thin layer over cleansed, moisturised skin and let it set. As with any new beauty product, if your skin reacts easily it is sensible to try a little on a small area first and see how your skin feels before using it across the whole face.
Will it help my makeup last longer?
It is made to give foundation and concealer a smooth surface to grip, so colour sits more evenly and the finish holds with less touching up through the day. By smoothing the look of skin texture first, makeup glides over the base rather than catching on dry patches, which helps it stay looking even for longer.
Is it good for travel?
Yes. The 30ml tube is compact enough to pack into a makeup bag or travel pouch, and because a small amount covers the full face the tube lasts a long time. It is an easy base step to keep in your kit so your makeup starts on a smooth, even surface whether you are at home or away.
How do I store it?
Keep the cap closed between uses and store the tube somewhere cool and dry, out of direct heat. Press out a small amount when you need it and close it again so the cream stays fresh. Stored this way the compact tube stays easy to use through your daily prep and travels well in a makeup bag.
