Plug the watch into a standard USB source, at a desk, from a laptop or by the bed, and let it top up. Charging overnight means it is ready to wear the next morning, with no special dock to track down.

Pair it to your phone
Turn on Bluetooth and pair the watch to your phone once. From then on it reconnects on its own when your phone is nearby, so calls, message alerts and the time appear on the wrist screen.

Fasten to your wrist
Thread the soft silicone strap through the keeper and set the pin buckle in the hole that holds the case comfortably centred. The perforated band flexes as you move and adjusts across several holes.

Glance and wipe clean
Through the day a quick glance shows the time, phone alerts and step count. After a workout or a warm day, wipe the case and silicone strap with a damp cloth, then dry it before the next charge.
